The role involves preparing valuations, writing memorandums for sale assignments and placements, and participating in due diligence and drafting for public offerings. The successful candidate will structure and execute transactions, act as a key contact for clients, and support business development within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Investment Banking experience at associate level or related work experience.
• Strong financial analysis and transaction execution experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client rapport skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
• Highly motivated, team oriented, and able to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or MBA in finance, business, or management or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Prepare valuations and write memorandums for sale assignments and private placements.
• Prepare M&A analyses and participate in due diligence and drafting for public offerings.
• Structure and execute transactions; back up client relationships with key contacts.
