Job summary

Partners for Public Good (PPG) is seeking a Project Leader, Technology to oversee execution across a new suite of technology pilot and implementation projects for state and local government.

The role reports to the Assistant Director, Technology, and focuses on project management, vendor management, and capacity building to accelerate government technology adoption and measurable results. Travel to major U.S. airports is required for certain engagements and the position is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of technology support and capacity building services, maintaining high-quality deliverables and clear communication.
• Monitor resources, budget, time, external relationships, and risks across a project/pilot’s lifetime.
• Develop and manage high-quality project documentation for sustainability, replication, and external storytelling.
• Manage ongoing relationships and performance of any contractor providing specialized support on projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Associate(s), fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
