You Are

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to support complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for our healthcare clients. You are a collaborative delivery leader who combines healthcare payer knowledge, technology fluency, and strong client engagement skills to help achieve measurable business outcomes.

You have experience managing cross-functional teams through complex implementations, from planning and mobilization through delivery, go-live, and optimization.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, resolving business and technology challenges, and communicating effectively with client and Accenture leadership.

As an Accenture Manager, you will work closely with Senior Managers and other program leaders to manage delivery, develop our people, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to improve program performance and create additional client value.

The Work

  • Manage program governance and delivery activities, including planning, financial tracking, resource coordination, status reporting, quality management, and dependency management.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality client deliverables, ensuring they are accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with program objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance, processes, quality, and client value.
  • Coach and develop analysts and consultants, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
  • Support practice and business growth by identifying emerging client needs and contributing to proposals, solution development, and follow-on opportunities.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex technology programs, including multiple large-scale, full-lifecycle implementations from mobilization through go-live and post-deployment optimization.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare payer and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry, with knowledge of core payer processes such as claims, enrollment and eligibility, benefits, and provider data management.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience engaging and influencing senior client business and technology leaders, including communicating program strategy, delivery status, risks, issues, and recommendations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and applying technology expertise, including Agile/Scrum delivery methods, to achieve business and program outcomes.
