Motion Recruitment seeks a Technology Financial Portfolio Manager for a long-term contract in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). You will own end-to-end SOW processes, drive capacity planning, and manage infrastructure budgets while communicating complex financial data to executives.

You'll lead portfolio management activities, track time in Jira, and prepare executive deliverables to inform decisions. Strong collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams is essential.

• Strong experience in portfolio/program management within an infrastructure or IT organization.
• Proven ability to manage SOWs, vendor relationships, and infrastructure budgets.
• Experience with capacity planning, intake processes, and change management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira (including time tracking) and financial forecasting tools.
• Excellent executive presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint and SharePoint expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Consultant to lead Technical Portfolio Management for our infrastructure organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end Statement of Work (SOW) process, drive capacity planning and intake, and manage infrastructure vendor budgets and forecasting.
