Job description

Technical contributor responsible for designing, engineering, and continuously optimizing software delivery pipelines and full stack applications in support of modern, scalable, and compliant development environments. The role combines CI/CD pipeline engineering, application development, and platform integration to enable efficient, automated, and governed software delivery. A key focus is the integration of agentic (AI-supported) development capabilities into the software lifecycle, ensuring reproducibility, traceability, and compliance by design. The position requires the ability to implement end-to-end technical solutions across application and platform layers, while continuously improving engineering practices, tooling, and delivery standards in alignment with enterprise IT and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and operate robust CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows, ensuring reliable and repeatable software build, integration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Engineer full stack solutions by developing backend services and frontend components.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, modular, and testable code with appropriate testing practices.
  • Integrate and standardize toolchains across the SDLC including version control, build automation, artifact management, and security scanning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize pipeline and application performance with observability capabilities.
  • Embed and enforce security, compliance, and quality controls aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
  • Apply DevOps and platform engineering practices including containerization and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies including AI-assisted development.
  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Support implementation of governance, traceability, and validation practices for AI-assisted software development in a regulated environment.
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 7 years’ experience; Master’s Degree in CS with 6 years’ experience; PhD with 2 years’ experience.
  • Experience working with AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI) and strong understanding of emerging agentic development workflows.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Strong backend programming skills and familiarity with frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with DevOps toolchains and Git-based workflows.
  • Experience deploying and supporting containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of SDLC practices, documentation, traceability, and validation requirements within regulated environments.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style.
Preferred
  • Experience with Cloud-Native development and deployment on AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and secure coding standards.
  • Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and modern web applications using frameworks such as .NET, Python, React, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
