The Technology engineer ensures that the organization’s IT infrastructure and end-user technology are reliable, secure, well-managed, and fit for business use. The role provides responsive, customer-focused technical support and serves as a dependable partner to internal teams by resolving issues, improving service delivery, and enabling users to work effectively. In line with the organization’s Continuous Improvement (CI) culture, this position actively identifies opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen technology operations, and enhance the overall user experience. Success requires a combination of strong technical capability, service ownership, and practical business awareness so that IT systems support day-to-day operations while contributing to wider strategic goals.
Technology Engineers work as part of a broader team to provide resilient coverage and scalable support. Individual team members may develop deeper expertise in specific areas such as end-user device management, infrastructure, security, manufacturing applications, or Microsoft 365, while still contributing across the wider technology environment. The position helps protect business continuity and support future growth through disciplined system management, proactive performance improvement, and consistent application of operational best practices.

The anticipated salary for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $50,000 - $65,000 ANNUALLY. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
