Job summary

The incumbent will coach teachers, coordinate instruction, and liaise with curriculum offices while supporting Maryland testing programs and professional development. This 10-month or longer pay-scale position requires collaboration and regular after-hours engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college; three years teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and supervises students; plans and documents lessons.
• Maintains safe learning environment; ensures compliance with curricular objectives.
• Communicates standards and progress to students and parents; meets with families.
• Analyzes student data to inform instruction and monitor progress.
• Oversees use of textbooks and instructional materials; manages equipment and facilities.
• Collaborates with administrators, teachers, and parents to support students.
