TECDP is a two‑year program designed to build technical expertise and a holistic understanding of how technology fuels transformation across the healthcare industry. Associates join a technical track aligned to their interests and career goals, gaining hands‑on experience, expanding their technical acumen, and collaborating across disciplines to solve real‑world challenges in healthcare. The Cybersecurity Track is designed for individuals passionate about protecting data, investigating threats, and building resilient systems across healthcare.
Participate in core and track‑specific curriculum, including technical training, leadership development, and business exposure to support your growth as a well‑rounded technologist.
Build strong relationships through networking, mentorship, cross‑functional collaboration, and peer engagement that support both personal and professional growth.
This position is based in one of the following office locations: Bloomfield, CT | Austin, TX.
The role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week working onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day of the employee’s choice), and the option to work the remaining days remotely. Relocation assistance is not offered, and employees must be able to meet the onsite schedule for their assigned office location.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday starting July 12, 2027.
One goal of this leadership development program is to prepare and identify qualified candidates for leadership roles with The Cigna Group upon program completion. Therefore, this position is open only to individuals who are eligible for employment in the United States and who do not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship including, but not limited to, H-1B, CPT/OPT/STEM.
Process includes a recruiter screen and up to two interviews.

Selected candidates will be required to complete mandatory pre‑employment tasks approximately 45 days prior to the program start date.
Completion of the drug test requires availability within the United States during this timeframe.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
