Job summary

Nationwide seeks a Delivery Leader to oversee end-to-end technology project delivery within the Annuity Modernization Program. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to drive value, manage dependencies, and ensure secure software practices across teams.

This exempt role requires coordinating multiple projects, managing risks, and communicating with senior stakeholders while optimizing vendor relationships to enable enterprise-scale change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Six+ years of technology experience with delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering outcomes/projects and familiarity with modern tech trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business outcomes and benefits realization.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with partners, manage budgets, and report on delivery KPIs.
• Negotiate statements of work and oversee vendor relationships.
