Health Care Service Corp. invites driven IT-focused students to join its internship as Technology Delivery Analyst Intern in Downers Grove, IL.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, contribute to real project work, and gain practical experience supporting business objectives and member-centric solutions. You'll learn organization processes, deliverables, and technologies while increasing independence.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; rising senior with majors in information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, project management or computer science. Other majors may be considered.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
Available for the full duration of the 10-week program.
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

Own components of project work and deliverables with guidance from an assigned mentor and manager.
Conduct research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations that inform real business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member and client experience.
Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership covering the project, results, and recommendations.
Maintain complete confidentiality of company business and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and applicable compliance policies.
