Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Commercial Associate to join the Transformative Technology team in the Global Commercial Banking group. The role focuses on delivering analytical research, market insights, and data-driven support for commercial banking clients and prospects in the technology sector.

You will develop financial analyses, support deal execution, and help strengthen client relationships while collaborating with product and relationship teams across the bank.

Qualifications

• Two years professional or business experience.
• Analytical thinking and financial modeling.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market and industry data to uncover insights for client meetings and relationship reviews.
• Collaborate with Market Executives and team members to prepare client presentations and support deals.
• Observe credit approval and treasury processes to understand products and packaging requirements.
• Coordinate clients/prospects with product and deal teams during transactions.
• Deliver new business analytics, monitor client activity, and identify opportunities.
• Interpret financial statements to assess company health and trends.
• Engage with domestic and international teams to design financial solutions.
