Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Baltimore seeks an Associate to provide audit execution coverage for application and system infrastructure within the Investment Management Technology Audit team, supporting the Firm's risk program.

The role requires identifying risk, leading audits, continuous monitoring, and closure verification, and presenting clear, timely findings to stakeholders; at least 2 years of relevant experience and preferred certifications (CISA, CISSP, CEH, OSCP).

Qualifications

• Understanding of business line and regulations relevant to coverage area.
• Knowledge of audit principles, methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to analyze multiple data sources to inform point of view.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to inclusive behaviors.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Certifications such as CISA/CISSP/CEH/OSCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help identify risk and impact to relevant coverage area to prioritize areas of focus
• Execute and lead aspects of assurance activities (audits, continuous monitoring, closure verification) to assess risk and formulate a view on the control environment
• Facilitate conversations with stakeholders on risks, their impact and how well they are managed in a clear, timely and structured manner
• Assist in managing multiple deliverables in line with team priorities
• Solicit and provide feedback and participate in formal and on-the-job training to further develop self and peers
