Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and technical best practices.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure application quality, security, and performance.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend performance improvements.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technology roadmap discussions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java 8/11/17.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Experience with Kafka, messaging systems, or event‑driven architecture.
