Job summary

Riveron is looking for a Manager focused on OneStream to join our Technology and Innovation practice. The Manager will work with our financial and technical project teams to deliver OneStream implementations, managed services, and related support.

The successful candidate will have extensive OneStream/CPM experience, VB.NET/C# development skills, and a proven ability to lead teams, gather requirements, and translate them into effective OneStream solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 5+ years of OneStream or CPM implementation/optimization.
• Completed multiple full-cycle OneStream or CPM implementations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and implementing OneStream.
• Experience with VB.NET / Visual Basic / C#, and business rule writing.
• Understanding of financial statements and corporate finance processes.
• Knowledge of delivery methodology and project management.
• Ability to lead implementation teams per design/architecture.
• Experience conducting customer workshops on technology trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of OneStream Marketplace solutions.
• OneStream Certifications or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective OneStream solutions.
• Lead client-specific monthly Administrative and Managed Service tasks including daily Helpdesk, performance monitoring, Month End Close and Consolidation, Budget/Forecast, reports, and training.
• Translate business requirements into OneStream functionality with Riveron teams.
• Assist workshops to define implementation strategy.
• Lead or assist with implementation teams to execute projects.
• Ensure task milestones and components are completed, including specs, configurations, QA, and reviews.
• Participate in engagement QA to deliver a superior implementation.
• Define integration requirements and coordinate with teams to interface other systems with OneStream.

The Manager will work with our financial/technical project team members in executing client projects that include OneStream Administrative or Managed Services Offerings, OneStream implementations, and OneStream technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven OneStream/Corporate Performance Management software implementation background.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• 5+ years of implementation or optimization of OneStream or other CPM (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive etc.)
• Completed multiple full-cycle OneStream implementations or other CPM (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Adaptive etc.)
• Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement a OneStream solution
• Experience with vb.net or Visual Basic or C# and business rule writing
• Understanding of consolidated financial statements
• Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures (financial close, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Understanding of delivery methodology and project management
• Ability to lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture
• Experience assisting customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices
• The ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
• Broad knowledge and solutioning of one or more OneStream Marketplace solutions
• OneStream Certifications or better is required
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Products and data modelling
• Hyperion EPM/CPM experience a plus
• Team oriented personality

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective OneStream solutions
• Lead client specific monthly Administrative and Managed Service needs including but not limited to daily Helpdesk support, Application Performance Monitoring, Month End Close and Consolidation Tasks, Budget/Forecast Tasks, Enhanced/New Report development, and Client Training and Documentation.
• Work directly with Riveron team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific OneStream functionality
• Assist with workshops to define implementation strategy
• Lead/assist with implementation team(s) in executing implementation
• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements
• Lead/assist with other engagement quality assurance efforts to deliver a superior implementation
• Define integration requirements and collaborate with integration teams to interface other outside applications with OneStream

Compensation

$116K – $175K

This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
