Lazard, a leading financial advisory and asset management firm, seeks an Analyst to join the Technology team in San Francisco. The role provides meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client executives within a focused group working on strategic transactions across Software, Internet, Hardware and Semiconductors.

You will create client presentations, build complex financial models, perform valuations, conduct detailed industry research and support deal processes from due diligence to liaising

Qualifications

• Top academic performance; unstructured environment with initiative and poise.
• At least one year of full-time experience in investment banking, with passion for Technology.
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills, plus proficiency with market data tools.

Responsibilities
