Job summary

WK Medical Center in Shreveport, LA is seeking a newly created full-time Radiology Supervisor for day shifts. The ideal candidate will possess ARRT certification and LSRT license and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to guide an imaging team across radiology, ultrasound, echo, and nuclear medicine.

You will supervise technologists, ultrasound staff, echo sonographers, and nuclear medicine technologists, coordinate workflow, maintain high-quality imaging, and perform well under pressure

Qualifications

• Certification in radiology and license to practice.
• Experience leading imaging teams across modalities.
• Ability to manage high-volume, high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise imaging team including radiologic technologists, ultrasound staff, echo sonographers and NM technologists.
• Coordinate daily workflow and ensure high-quality, timely imaging services.
• Lead in challenging situations with composure and strong problem solving.
