Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Radiology Technician to operate radiology equipment and perform routine diagnostic procedures in accordance with physician prescriptions and hospital standards. You will ensure patient safety and adapt imaging settings as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, documenting procedures, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives, while following safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Radiology Technology Program.
• Certification by ARRT in Radiography (or eligible as a new graduate).
• Knowledge of radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions, plan, and organize work.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures using appropriate technical and safety protocols.
• Exercise judgment in selecting and computing settings tailored to each patient.
• Develop and implement procedure/treatment plans in accordance with hospital guidelines.
• Complete documentation to ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas in a safe and orderly manner.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and collect quality data.
• Achieve assigned goals and perform additional duties as needed.
