SimonMed Imaging seeks a hands-on Technologist Assistant to support imaging teams and help patients through their visits with a patient-first approach.

The role involves preparing exam rooms, aiding patient flow, and providing safe mobility assistance in a fast-paced clinical setting. Previous healthcare exposure is preferred, with required BLS/CPR certification and potential IV certification depending on modality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior healthcare or patient-facing experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required (or obtained in required timeframe).
• IV certification or willingness to obtain (depending on modality requirements).
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and physically assist patients.
• Comfort supporting patient mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Strong communication in a clinical environment.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.

Support safe, efficient imaging exams by preparing patients, assisting clinical teams, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit in a fast-paced, active clinical environment.

At SimonMed Imaging, the Technologist Assistant plays a key role in delivering a smooth, patient-centered imaging experience. This role supports technologists and clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, assisting with patient flow and mobility, and ensuring patients are safely and respectfully guided through their visit.

This is a hands‑on, highly active patient‑care role that involves frequent standing, walking, and direct physical support of patients. If you enjoy working closely with patients and clinical teams in a dynamic healthcare setting, this role offers meaningful daily impact.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location. The base salary range does not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.

North California: $24.00 - $25.00

South California: $20.00 - $25.00

Colorado: $17.00 - $20.00

Illinois: $17.00 - $20.00

New York: $20.00 - $23.00
