Pohanka Toyota in Salisbury, MD is hiring automotive technicians of all levels for a high-volume, fast-paced dealership. This full-time role offers competitive pay and full benefits, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, performing inspections and diagnostics, and coordinating with service advisors. ASE/OEM certifications are a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Based on current technician pay ranges in the Maryland market, we are offering highly competitive compensation for qualified candidates.

• C-Level / Entry Technicians: $28 $35 per hour
• B-Level Technicians: $35 $45 per hour
• A-Level / Master Technicians: $45 $60+ per hour
• OEM-certified and diagnostic technicians move to the front of the line.

Flat-rate and performance-based earning opportunities available for top performers.
