Temco Logistics in West Sacramento, CA, is hiring for a full-time delivery and installation driver. You will operate a 26 ft box truck, load, deliver and install major appliances, and ensure safe handling of equipment on multi-stop routes.

Requirements include 21+ years old, ability to lift 100+ lbs, strong customer service, and familiarity with GPS apps. Prior box truck experience is preferred; DOT/driver endorsement may be required. Temco offers paid training and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.

What You Bring:

• MUST be 21+ years of age
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred)
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement
