Commonwealth-Fusion-Systems-5 seeks a Contract Technician to join our team focused on welding and assembly of high-precision electromechanical assemblies. You will perform in-house welding, micro-TIG on components, and assembly of large metallic structures, collaborating with engineers to improve manufacturability.
The role requires 3+ years in electromechanical assembly and welding, reading blueprints, and strict safety adherence in a fast-paced environment.

As a (TIG) Welder and Technician, you will perform complex electromechanical assembly and in‑house welding of large‑scale metallic structures. This work also includes micro‑TIG welding on smaller component assemblies. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
$35 - $43 an hour. This is a contract position.
