Spartan Staffing Solutions - Technician Utility Worker

We are partnering with a National Heavy Equipment company to find a Technician Utility Worker for their team in Fenton, MO.

Ideal Candidate:

Extensive knowledge of Heavy Equipment maintenance and Forklift repair.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform duties as required by the company, including various tasks typical for a utility person.
  2. Assist technicians with minor repairs, general machine maintenance, equipment washing, loading/unloading, fluid and filter changes, and housekeeping.
  3. Adapt duties based on location and daily needs.
  4. Follow bargaining unit contract if applicable.
  5. Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred.
  2. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  3. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is desirable.
  4. Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, good work habits, self-motivation, and knowledge of basic tools are essential.
