HomeSmiles Portland is hiring Technician Trainees to help homeowners maintain and protect their homes through exterior cleaning and preventative maintenance services. You’ll learn valuable skills, work directly with homeowners, and have the opportunity to grow your role and earnings as the company expands.

No prior experience required — we provide paid training and all equipment. This is outdoor field work in the Portland area with flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities as the company

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize your HomeSmiles service van.
• Travel to residential properties throughout the Portland area.

• Maintain equipment including ladders, hoses, pumps, and tools.
• Educate homeowners about recommended maintenance services.
• Help schedule future services and maintenance plans.

Base Pay: $22 – $32 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
