Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a field service professional to install, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial pool equipment, including heaters, pumps, filters, and electrical components, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

You will interact with customers, offer service recommendations, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to service KPIs and revenue targets while maintaining the company vehicle and tools in good condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems (110V/220V) and pool equipment repair.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and lift required weight.
