Job summary

Temco Logistics is expanding in San Jose, CA and seeks motivated individuals to join our final mile delivery team. You will operate a 26 ft box truck, load and install appliances, and provide exceptional customer service on local routes.

Responsibilities include connecting basic lines, using mobile devices for confirmations, and performing vehicle inspections. A clean driving record and DOT-physical are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• MUST be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload 100+ lbs with proper equipment.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with for-hire endorsement.
• Experience with box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow safety protocols.
