Job summary

First Solar is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Perrysburg, OH to perform audits of standard work, in-process, finished products, and incoming parts. The role collects data for trends, analyzes process capability, and collaborates with manufacturing supervisors and engineers to implement corrective actions and training.

Required experience includes ISO Quality System exposure, PC-based quality tools, and measurement instrumentation; ASQ certifications are desirable.

Basic Job Functions

Education/Experience

• 5 years’ or more experience in a manufacturing environment.


• 2 years’ experience working with an ISO Quality System; including Internal Audits, use of SPC techniques, and JMP Data Analytics.


• Experience including ASQ Certification (CMI, CPT, CQA) desired.


• 2-year Technical Degree.


• 4-year B.S. degree highly desired.

Essential Responsibilities

Estimated Hourly Range

$18.00 - $25.00
