Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Chaska, MN, is seeking a Technician for Production Operations - Packaging. The role follows SOPs and specifications to assemble and package electromechanical devices used for lifesaving diagnostics.

You will work on-site with the Packaging team, handling packaging, tools, and documentation while adhering to safety and quality standards. A high school diploma and some manual assembly experience are required.

Technician Production Operations -Packaging

The Technician Production Operations -Packaging is responsible for the following but not limited to; Follows engineering drawings, work order documentation, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the production packaging process. Package electromechanical assemblies according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), blueprints or other drawings. This position reports to the Production Support Supervisor and is part of the Packaging team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ months of manufacturing assembly experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30lb Able work on your feet daily It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: medical device packaging, assembly or testing Following written SOPs Knowledge of using Windows computers Beckman Coulter Diagnostics

The hourly rate for this role is $22.25 This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the appropriate level of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This rate may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
