As an Orbiter Technician within our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting specialized orbiter equipment used in the production of medical cuffs. In this critical role, you will help ensure production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while maintaining the high-quality standards required for medical device manufacturing. Working closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, implement repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will play a key role in minimizing downtime, maximizing equipment performance, and ensuring our customers receive the products they depend on.
The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds; team lifting or lifting equipment is required for items over 40 pounds. Occasionally lift and carry up to 75 pounds with assistance or proper lifting equipment. Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment. Perform repetitive hand and finger movements requiring significant manual dexterity. Ability to inspect equipment and read technical documentation with close visual acuity. Color vision may be required to identify color‑coded components, wiring, indicators, and safety signals. Work in environments with moderate to high noise levels while utilizing appropriate PPE.
This position is located within a regulated manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and compliance are essential. Work in manufacturing, production, machine shop, and maintenance environments. Operate in a fast‑paced setting with strict production and quality requirements. Work around manufacturing equipment and automated machinery. Experience varying temperatures, humidity levels, and environmental conditions. Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as needed. Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams. May require rotating shifts, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime to support business needs.

Compensation is determined based on several factors including relevant skills and experience, tenure, business line, and geographic location.
