Baptist Memorial Health Care in Jackson, MS is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to assist with non-invasive cardiology procedures and remote cardiac monitoring. You will perform EKGs, stress tests, Holter monitoring, SAECG, and ensure accurate data capture.

You will maintain data integrity, report abnormal findings promptly to licensed personnel, participate in ongoing education, and help meet department goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with general computer software and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Maintains data accurately and promptly.
• Recognizes and reports abnormal patient data to licensed personnel.

Responsibilities

• Performs EKG's, Stress Test, Holter monitor, SAECG and remote cardiac monitoring in a manner that ensures accurate and complete examination by complying with established procedures and policies.
• Maintains data accurately and appropriately.
• Recognizes & reports abnormal patient data to appropriate licensed personnel accurately and promptly according to unit procedure.
• Provides safe and effective management of the patient according to unit procedure.
• Participates in ongoing educational activities.
• Completes assigned goals.

Education

Minimum Required

• Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.

Special Skills

• Computer literacy.

Licensure

Minimum Required

• BLS certification within 14 days of hire date
