Job summary

Temco Logistics seeks motivated individuals in Mesa, AZ to operate a 26 ft box truck on local multi-stop delivery routes, load, deliver and install appliances. You will ensure accurate records using mobile devices and provide excellent customer service to homeowners and builders.

Responsibilities include connecting basic water lines and electrical components, performing vehicle inspections, and following safety protocols for a reliable, customer-focused delivery team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload 100+ lbs with proper equipment.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid driver's license with for-hire endorsement.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring

• MUST be 21+ years of age
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
