Job summary

DSM-Firmenich is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Arcadia, WI, Day Shift 3:45AM – 4:00PM (12-hour schedule). You will troubleshoot and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines, plant utilities, pumps, HVAC, and wastewater treatment systems in a cGMP environment.

Requirements include a vocational or Associate’s degree in electrical or maintenance field or equivalent experience, and 1+ year on‑the‑job.

Qualifications

• A vocational or Associate’s degree in electrical or maintenance field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of related on-the-job experience in maintenance or manufacturing.
• Willingness to work Day Shift and participate in four-week orientation hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains plant equipment and production lines.
• Maintains plant utilities including HVAC, pumps, and electrical panels.
• Operates basic machine shop tools to support repairs.
• Docs work per cGMP and SOPs.

Technician, MaintenanceLocation: Arcadia, WI,Day Shift 3:45AM – 4:00PM (12 - Hour 2-2-3 Schedule)As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines, facility and wastewater treatment plant in accordance with Key Performance measure, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety / regulatory requirements, and operational goals.At dsm-firmenich people are at the heart of the company. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
