Technician/Machine Operator

Triumvirate Environmental seeks an onsite Technician/Machine Operator for its Pennsylvania recycling operation. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour with a schedule of 6:00 am‑3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You may earn an additional $2.00 per hour within your first year through our structured tier advancement program.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and set up shredding, grinding and cleaning machines.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational and maintenance issues.
• Calibrate probes and monitor pH of processed waste.
• Read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Clear jams and clean the machine daily in coordination with maintenance.
• Monitor machine performance/condition and notify maintenance of any issues.
• Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations and company health and safety practices.
• Respect and build working relationships with co‑workers.
• Apply creative problem‑solving to unique situations.
• Perform regular daily cleaning of work area and tools.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Wear all required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
