Job summary

Pritchard Companies is seeking a Lube Technician to support vehicle services at our Forest City location. You will perform routine light-duty maintenance and communicate service needs to customers, helping ensure customer loyalty and vehicle reliability.

Responsibilities include oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and inspections while following manufacturer procedures. A positive, detail-oriented, customer-focused attitude is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in light-duty automotive maintenance (lub e.g. oil changes, filters) preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills for inputting service records and accessing vehicle maintenance data.
• Own set of tools for the job required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to manufacturer/service guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
