You will administer and support the Company’s PCs, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware and software. The role includes end-user support, license tracking, asset management, workstation maintenance and upgrades, application administration, advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
