Job summary

PAR Systems is hiring technicians for our Automation division in Shoreview, MN. The role involves building advanced automation systems, interpreting CAD drawings, and assembling electrical and mechanical components in complex machinery.

You will work on robotics, laser systems, and vision systems, with hands-on wiring and mechanical assembly experience. Travel to support projects is sometimes required; US Persons are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant technology and machine build experience.
• AAS degree or relevant training and/or experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with machine power-up experience on complex machines.
• Experience building from and troubleshooting issues from CAD solid model images on complex machines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with Robotics, Laser Systems, Vision Systems.
• PLC programming is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed to support the business.
• US Person.

You can hit the ground running if you can read, interpret and trouble shoot engineering documentation and have hands on experience with wiring and mechanical assembly techniques in complex systems . Your prior experience powering up a variety of complex machines will set you up for success at PAR. The work you do here is integral to customer satisfaction and bringing PAR Systems to the next level.
