The position requires travel, overtime, night shifts, weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while wearing PPE such as respirators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in precision passivation, chemical cleaning or field service in aerospace/medical/industrial settings.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips; overtime, night shifts, weekends, and short-notice deployments.
• Valid Class C license with clean record; Real ID or Passport for air travel; ability to obtain Medical DOT Certificate.
• Strong math skills (ratios/percentages) and basic software skills (Word/Excel/Outlook); strong English communication.
• Preferred: OSHA/HAZWOPER/Confined Space certifications; ASTM A967/AMS 2700 passivation knowledge.

We are seeking motivated, experienced individuals with a background in precision cleaning, passivation, or related industrial/field service work to join our team as a Technician Level 2. This dynamic role offers a unique blend of controlled cleanroom and shop operations at our facility and extensive field service deployments at client sites across the nation. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to master precision cleaning and passivation techniques critical to advanced manufacturing and high-tech industries.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience in precision passivation, chemical cleaning, or field service within aerospace, medical, or industrial manufacturing environments is required.
• Travel & Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel, including overnight land and air travel. Must be available to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, holidays, and accommodate short-notice deployments.
• Licensing & Credentials: Valid Class "C" driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must possess a Real ID or Passport for air travel and have the ability to obtain a Medical DOT Certificate.
• Technical & Core Skills: Strong foundational math skills (working with ratios and percentages) and proficiency using basic mobile technology and software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong English communication skills are required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Must be capable of wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators, while performing physical tasks in changing climates and environments.

Preferred but not required: Technical schooling, trade certifications, or active OSHA / HAZWOPER / Confined Space certifications. Prior experience with ASTM A967/AMS 2700 passivation standards is a plus.
