Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to maintain safe, reliable operations at our Pasadena, TX location. You will inspect equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with engineering to resolve issues quickly.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial shop environment, able to lift 50 lbs, and travel for site support as needed. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous industry related experience preferred.
• Position is based out of a branch or site location.
• Shop duties require indoor and outdoor work in a industrial shop atmosphere
• Interaction with other employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel
• Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with moderate noise levels
• Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
• May be at more than one shop facility in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes
• May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis

• Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM’s Core Values.
• Inspects and Monitors equipment routinely to ensure compliance with operational and safety performance standards, and takes corrective action or coordinates with Engineering to resolve as needed.
• Evaluates equipment performance and reacts to equipment failures for timely resolution.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repair of field service equipment per defined client and organization specifications.
• Coordinates with manufacturing and engineering personnel to ensure parts and equipment are available to prevent excessive downtime when equipment failures occur.
