Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to support the 1064 Sterile Processing South department. The position involves completing work assignments in the sterile process area, ensuring instrument sets are organized and prepared for procedures, and helping maintain department operations during the day shift.

Schedule is 36 hours weekly, with a day shift from 6 AM to 6:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate from School of Surgical Technology or CRCST/CBSPD certification required.
• No prior experience required for this role.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Job Description

Education

• Required: Graduate from School of Surgical Technology OR Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)

Experience

Licensure/Certification/Registration
