Job summary

Certus Home Services is hiring Pest Control Technicians to build a real career in a growing field. You’ll run your own route on residential and commercial properties, repair relationships with customers, and advance as you gain licensing and experience.

Training is provided, with a take-home company vehicle and a full benefits package. You will be paid $18-$23/hour base, with monthly bonuses and commissions on leads you generate, plus a clear path to senior technician, sales, or branch

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and 5+ years driving experience.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong work ethic with comfort working independently outdoors.
Willingness to learn pest control; training provided.

Responsibilities

Run a daily service route across residential and commercial properties.
Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply safe, effective treatments.
Educate customers and deliver a service experience that earns repeat business.
Spot opportunities for additional services and earn real bonus dollars when they convert.
Keep your vehicle, equipment, and records in top shape; maintain a professional operation.
Work safely and follow all compliance and product-use standards.
