Job summary

Rutgers University Correctional Health Care is seeking a Full Time Technician I for Edna Mahan Correctional Facility located in Clinton, NJ. The Technician I participates as a member of the clinical and administrative medical team at the Prison.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, collecting specimens, maintaining supplies, and coordinating with the pharmacy for medication orders, all while performing duties on-site in a correctional health setting.

Qualifications

• Valid CMA, EMT, or CNA certification required.
• At least two (2) years of healthcare experience involving multiple areas of knowledge and duties.

• Maintains the supply stock in the examination rooms.
