Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre/post job checklists.
  • Help ensure equipment readiness for upcoming projects.
  • Support various stages of projects as needed.
  • Mob/Demob, setup/tear down, night shifts, pre/post job tasks.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain records onsite and offsite; keep tools, facilities, and vehicles in good condition.
  • Follow company SOPs during tasks.
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and work harmoniously with team and clients.
  • Learn to understand the capabilities of flush equipment and tools.
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations.
  • Contribute positively to team efforts.
  • Drive safely in company vehicles and on job sites.
  • Follow and enforce safety procedures onsite and at the shop.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
