ServiceMaster DSI, the largest ServiceMaster franchise, is hiring a Technician Helper to provide restoration services in the Charlotte area. Responsibilities include driving to job sites, performing various specialty mitigation tasks, and ensuring high-quality service. Responsibilities include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning.

As a Restoration Technician, your role includes:

• Driving a company vehicle to customer locations.
• Executing work to meet or exceed federal, state, local regulations, and quality standards, while providing excellent customer service.
• Becoming proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Responding to water jobs and initiating water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
