Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable Driver and Appliance Installer to operate a 26 ft box truck, deliver and install appliances for residential and commercial customers. The role blends driving, heavy lifting, and technical installation, with a safety-first approach.

You'll load and stack appliances, connect basic lines and electrical components, and provide excellent customer service. Training is provided, uniforms and PPE are supplied, and a path to leadership roles exists.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical is a plus.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
• Valid Driver's License with current for hire endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
