Temco Logistics, a family-owned company delivering home goods since 1968, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Frederick Team as delivery and installation drivers. You will operate a 26 ft company vehicle, load and unload safely, and install appliances at customer locations with a focus on service.

Training is provided, uniforms and PPE are supplied, and we offer paid time off, 401k with matching, and opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to load, unload, and install appliances safely.
• Comfort with driving a 26 ft company vehicle on local routes.
• Background check is required.

Routes are local & Training is provided.Driver will operate a 26 Ft. company vehicle to transport appliances to and from customer locations.Load and unload equipment safely and in accordance with Temco's guidelinesUtilize job related equipment but not limited to dollies, forklift, electric pallet jack, lifting straps and handheld tools.Install appliances.Accurately complete records of deliveries/pick-ups on paperwork and handheld deviceSkills & Abilities:Must have the ability to provide great customer service and quality installation.Ability to Lift/pull/push/Load/Unload equipment up to 100+LBS from warehouse/truck using proper equipment.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision following Temco's established procedures as well as work in a teamwork environment.Ability to problem solve quickly and logically when needed.Work in a safely manner maintaining an accident-free environment.Previous experience not needed but welcome.Temco Logistics is a proud family-owned company that has been delivering and installing home goods since its inception in 1968.
