The technician collaborates with facility teams to address service requests, supports seasonal exterior maintenance, and ensures vehicles and tools are properly maintained. What you'll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
• Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning methods.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures for handling high‑pressure equipment and heavy machinery.
• Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on power washing tools and vehicles.
• Competence in documenting work orders and communicating effectively with facility users and team members.
• Capability to operate corporate vehicles safely, including conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance.
• Commitment to adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
