About the team: The Facility Services team ensures the reliable operation and upkeep of food equipment and related facilities to support daily business activities. They conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs while coordinating with contractors to maintain safety and compliance. Utilizing technical expertise, the team efficiently diagnoses and resolves equipment issues to promote continuous operations. What you'll do:

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.
- Ability to operate, inspect, and maneuver heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and in compliance with training and certification requirements.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA and EPA standards, ensuring quality and compliance in all maintenance activities.
- Skilled in managing work orders, maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and related documentation accurately.
- Competence in identifying repair and replacement needs, recommending solutions to prevent future issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support collaboration and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00**The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

- Vocational or technical certification and 2 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.

- Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
- Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
- No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
- No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.

- Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program,
