Ensure all routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep of facilities, are completed promptly and to a high standard of quality. Ensure smooth coordination and communication with external contractors and vendors for maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Ensure all facility maintenance activities comply with OSHA regulations, fire safety codes, ADA requirements, and other relevant safety and regulatory standards. Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance processes and reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality and facility standards. Actively participate in team meetings, contribute constructively to discussions, and foster a collaborative atmosphere among colleagues to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
