Temco Logistics is hiring a delivery driver to operate a 26 ft box truck on local multi‑stop routes, loading and installing appliances for homeowners and builders.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and accurate record-keeping, with training provided, uniforms and PPE supplied, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Chauffer’s license or CDL.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs with proper equipment.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You’ll Do:

• MUST be 21+ years of age
• Chauffer’s license or CDL
• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi‑stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring

• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
