Valcor Engineering Corporation is seeking technicians skilled in cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging for valve components. You will follow CPs/TPs/TRs/QPs, operate particle counters and microscopes, and maintain an ISO Class 5 cleanroom environment.

You will also train new technicians and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation, procedures, tooling, and methods while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Trained to perform cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging per controlled procedures and drawings.
• Follows established CPs, TPs, TRs, and QPs to ensure quality.
• Able to train new technicians and support continuous improvement of documents and tooling.

Responsabilités

• Pre-cleaning and bulk cleaning using established methods.
• Gowning/de-gowning for ISO Class 5 cleanroom.
• Cleanliness verification for contamination, damage, and defects using specified instruments.
• Package cleaned hardware per process instructions and maintain clean environment.

Performs

• Pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methods
• Gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom
• Precision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assemblies
• Cleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects utilizing:
• Evident CIX100 Particle Counting Microscopes
• White light visual verification
• Ultraviolet visual verification
• Total Solids Analysis
• Non-volatile Residue Analysis
• Manual microscopes and video scopes
• Packaging cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructions
• Maintenance checklists to monitor and maintain
• Clean environment and equipment
• Stocks of consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.)
• Functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as required
• Training of new technicians and providing feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement of documents, procedures, tooling, and methods.
