You will handle microscopes, particle counting, and related analyses, ensuring high-quality valve components. Salary ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 annually with full-time benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom environments and ISO Class 5 procedures.
• Ability to perform precision cleaning and verification.
• Familiar with cleanliness verification using microscopy and analytic methods.

Responsibilities

• Pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using established methods.
• Gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom.
• Precision cleaning of parts, kits and assemblies.
• Cleanliness verification for contamination and defects.
• Training of new technicians and providing feedback to engineering teams.
• Functional testing of valve systems as required.
• Maintenance checklists to monitor and maintain.

• Cleaning Procedures (CPs)
• Test Procedures (TPs)
• Test Reports (TRs)
• Qualification Procedures (QPs)
• Others as required

Performs:

• Pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methods
• Gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom
• Precision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assemblies
• Cleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects utilizing:
• Evident CIX100 Particle Counting Microscopes
• White light visual verification
• Ultraviolet visual verification
• Total Solids Analysis
• Non-volatile Residue Analysis
• Manual microscopes and video scopes
• Packaging cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructions
• Maintenance checklists to monitor and maintain
• Clean environment and equipment
• Stocks of consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.)
• Functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as required
• Training of new technicians and providing feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement of documents, procedures, tooling, and methods.
